SolidSales, by Trussot

The CRM that adapts to your business — not the other way around.

Sales, operations and support on a foundation you shape: built on the records your company actually uses, with an AI that works on top of them.

Your records, not the software's

In an off-the-shelf CRM, contracts, projects and orders live in spreadsheets. In Solid, they become objects with fields and relationships — no code required.

One foundation for your entire operation

Sales, operations and support as modules of the same workspace, instead of separate systems you have to integrate.

AI that acts, not just answers

It looks up, creates and updates records within the role you define — and asks when information is missing.

Platform

Your process doesn't fit an off-the-shelf CRM. Solid shapes itself around it.

Instead of squeezing your company into fixed screens, you define the records, modules and rules, and the rest of the system works on top of them. Watch the demo below, then take the controls.

Create the records you were missing. Contracts, projects, orders, cases: your own objects, fields and relationships, created in settings with no code. Field types include text, currency, date, select, relation and files.

After watching, try this

  • → Create a “Payment due date” field of type Date
  • → Open “View records” and see the new column
  • → Add a “Projects” object and see it in the sidebar

One foundation, one history

Everything that happens with an account, in one place.

Deals, conversations, contracts, notes and tasks show up on the same timeline because they live on the same foundation — not in systems that have to talk to each other. Move a deal in Deals, then come back to the account timeline.

Sales

Deal moved to a new stage? The change already shows up on the account timeline.

Support

Customer messages land in the history, with no copying from another tool.

Automation

Tasks created by a workflow show their source and owner.

Contracts

The object your company created gets its own tab on the account, linked by the relationship.

Comparison

What changes when the system adapts.

A typical CRM gives you fixed screens and leaves everything else outside the system. Here's where Solid works differently.

Data model

Typical CRMExtra fields bolted onto fixed screens; whatever doesn't fit ends up in a spreadsheet.

SolidYour own objects, fields and relationships, created in settings.

Foundation

Typical CRMCRM, ERP and support in separate tools, stitched together by integrations.

SolidModules of the same workspace, on the same data.

Support

Typical CRMA separate tool, without the account's context.

SolidA native inbox with email and Telegram, linked to accounts and deals.

AI

Typical CRMA chat window next to the CRM that answers questions.

SolidLooks up and updates records with the role and permissions you define, and asks when information is missing.

Automation

Typical CRMPrebuilt rules, limited to what the vendor anticipated.

SolidWorkflows with triggers, data steps, email, HTTP and an AI agent.

API

Typical CRMAccess to standard objects.

SolidObjects your company creates get a REST and GraphQL API.

Onboarding

Typical CRMYou set it up alone, starting from a blank screen.

SolidInitial modeling done together with our team, based on your process.

AI with context

Supervised assistant · Beta

An AI that works on your records.

Not a generic chatbot sitting next to your CRM. It uses your workspace's data, permissions and automations.

Full context

Connects accounts, deals, contracts, conversations, notes and tasks before answering.

Roles and permissions

Every agent gets a role: it reads and changes only what that role allows.

Asks instead of assuming

When information is missing, it offers options instead of guessing.

Acts and triggers automations

Carries out multi-step plans: renewals, triage, workload rebalancing. A change made by the AI can also trigger workflows.

After watching, try it yourself: ask for contract renewals, support triage or a pipeline diagnosis.

One foundation, multiple product lines

Turn on what your operation needs.

Instead of a CRM, an ERP and a support tool to integrate, you get modules of the same workspace — with single sign-on and permissions by object, field and record.

SolidSales

Sales

Accounts, people and deals in a pipeline.

SolidResources

Operations

Products, suppliers, purchase orders and invoices.

Developers

Your objects, available via API.

The objects your company creates get a REST and GraphQL API instantly, with webhooks for events and an MCP server for connecting AI assistants — always with scoped keys.

For companies with 50 to 500 people

One platform, one model per company.

The same Solid becomes a consultancy's CRM, a law firm's deadline tracker or a distributor's order dashboard. What changes isn't the system — it's the objects each company creates in it.

How we get started

You don't start from a blank screen.

A system that adapts needs someone who understands the operation. Initial modeling is done with our team, based on the way you already work.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn how your operation works today and where your current system falls short.

  2. 02

    Modeling

Together with your team, we design the objects, fields, views and permissions.

  3. 03

    Migration

We bring over data from the spreadsheets and systems you already use.

  4. 04

    Training

We get your team using it day to day, with ongoing support.

FAQ

What people usually ask us.

Is Solid a CRM or an ERP?

At its core is a data model that adapts to your company. The SolidSales module covers CRM; SolidResources adds operational objects such as products, suppliers, purchase orders and invoices. We don't sell it as a full ERP.

Do I need to code to create objects and fields?

No. Objects, fields and relationships are created in settings. API integrations and more elaborate workflows may need technical help, which we provide alongside you.

Does the AI change data on its own?

It acts within the role and permissions you define, and asks when information is missing. AI features are in beta and are enabled with our team during onboarding.

Which channels does support cover?

Email and Telegram today. Other channels aren't available yet.

How does onboarding work?

Discovery, modeling, migration and training, all done with our team. Timeline and investment depend on scope and are agreed after discovery.

Is the data in the screens on this page real?

No. The screens are an interactive replica of Solid with a fictional company and data. The demo assistant follows fixed rules; in the product, it uses the records in your workspace.

Show us your process. We'll build the demo around it.

Tell us how your operation works today. We'll bring Solid already modeled for it — not a generic CRM script.

  • — We'll reply to the email address you provide.
  • — If you like, bring a sample process or spreadsheet, without sensitive data.
